Temp: 350 deg F Time: 25-30 minutes
Mix together:
2-2/3 cup flour
2 cups rhubarb
1-1/2 cups brown sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
Add:
1/2 cup oil
1 cup sour cream
2 eggs
Topping:
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup nuts
1 tsp cinnamon
2 Tsp butter (melted)
