Temp: 350 deg F
2 cups whole wheat flour
3/4 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup powdered milk
1 tsp salt
1 egg, beaten
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup water
2 small jars strained baby food (beef, chicken, turkey, lamb, or liver).
Knead on a slightly floured countertop for about 4 minutes until the dough is nice and smooth. Sprinkle a little more flour over the dough to make rolling easy. Roll out to 1/2 inch thickness. Use cookie cutters to create biscuit shapes or else just cut with a sharp knife into squares.
Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 20-22 minutes or until golden. Let biscuits cool for at least half an hour on wire rack before serving.
To keep fresh, package in sealed containers. Makes 2-3 dozen treats.
