Mom's Rice Pudding

For every cup of cooked rice use:

1 1/4 cup milk
1 egg yolk, slightly beaten
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup raisins
Cinnamon to taste
Vanilla (optional)

Bring to a boil in the microwave. Let stand for 20 minutes then stir or chill if you like it better cold.
