Grandma D's Pumpkin Pie

Temp: 350 deg F (180 deg C)  Time: 40-45 minutes

1 1/2 cups pumpkin
1 dessert spoon flour
1 cup sugar
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp mace
1/4 tsp salt
3 eggs
1/2 cup milk

Mix pumpkin, flour, spices and salt together; beat eggs, add milk and stir well together. Pour into a deep pie plate lined with good pastry. Bake until firm.
