Temp: 350 deg F (180 deg C) Time: 15 minutes
1 cup butter
1 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 cups rolled oats
1 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup shredded coconut
1 egg
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
Mix together. Roll into small balls, do not press down. Bake.
