Temp: 350 deg F (180 deg C) Time: 20-25 minutes
4 eggs
1 2/3 cups sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
1-16 oz can pumpkin
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
Beat eggs, sugar, oil and pumpkin until light and fluffy; mix dry ingredients and add to pumpkin mixture. Spread batter in ungreased cookie sheet, 17 x 11 x 1. Bake.
Ice with:
3 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup butter or margarine
2 cups icing sugar
1 tsp vanilla
