Temp: 250 deg F Time: 20 minutes
2 1/2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup wheat germ (optional)
1/2 cup sliced almonds
1/2 cup snipped apricots
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup honey
Mix together and spread on a cookie sheet. Bake. Remove from oven. Once the granola has cooled add:
1/2 cup raisins
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
Or any of your favorite dried fruit or nuts
Store in an airtight container.
