Sweet Moist Cornbread

Temp: 350 deg F  Time: 45 minutes

1 cup cornmeal
3 cups flour
1-1/3 cups sugar
2 Tbsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2/3 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup melted butter
2 Tbsp honey
4 eggs, beaten
2-1/2 cups milk

Stir together cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a mixing bowl. Pour in the vegetable oil, butter, honey, beaten eggs and milk. Stir just to moisten. Pour into baking dish and bake until top of bread browns and starts to crack.
